We stand by our cases and back them with a LIFETIME GUARANTEE against manufacturing defects and any other product related issues you may have. Here are a few examples of things our lifetime guarantee covers:

✅ Water leaking into case after being closed and locked properly

✅ Wheel(s) on a larger case gets stuck or isn't moving correctly

✅ Extending handle is not pulling out easily

✅ Latch is loose or won't close

This lifetime guarantee ONLY applies to the CASES and NOT and EQUIPMENT that may have been damaged due to a manufacturing defect. While all of our cases are rigorously tested, it is ultimately the responsibility of the customer to test their case before hand before placing gear inside of it. We recommend that this testing is done prior to putting any gear inside of it.
