Refund Policy

Our cases are manufactured right here in Southern California and we stand behind their quality. While all cases go through a rigorous QC process, defects still can happen. 

All cases come with a lifetime guarantee against defects in material and craftsmanship. So what does that mean? Here are some examples of issues covered by our lifetime guarantee.


  • Water gets into case which latch is closed and locked
  • Difficulty locking latches or latches sticking
  • Case is warped or bowed
  • Issues with wheels or pull handle on applicable cases

By no means is this an exhaustive list. At Seahorse, we're constantly looking for ways to improve our cases. While most issues with cases come down to some type of manufacturing defect, on the rare occasion we modify the design in order to address a new issue. If you experience an issue right out of the box with your case, please reach out to us so we can make sure you're taken care and so we can determine the cause of the issue.

Cases that are returned due to any reason beyond a defect are subject to a 20% restock fee. This restock fee will be deducted from your total refund for your order.
